The Senior LTL Pricing analyst will analyze and manage Less-than-Truckload (LTL) and consolidation rates. Maintain contracts, tariffs, and pricing data, monitor expirations, and create optimized pricing solutions that support company strategy and efficiency.

Shift Full-time, Monday through Friday Standard business hours

Key Responsibilities

• Build and optimize pricing models using customer data.
• Maintain pricing agreements, update rating systems, and track contract/tariff expirations.
• Partner with Sales and Operations on pricing strategies and RFP support.
• Improve consolidation network and act as TMS super-user (e.g., MercuryGate).
• Resolve rating discrepancies and perform root cause analyses with Accounting/Operations.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred

Experience

• 1+ year in non-asset brokerage, truckload, or LTL pricing.
• 3PL experience preferred.
• Proficient with TMS (MercuryGate a plus).
• Strong Excel skills; experience with data visualization/reporting tools.

Pay/Benefits/Perks

• $75,000 Salary
• Accrue up to five days PTO in first year. Two-weeks vacation, plus one week PTO accrue on first anniversary.
