Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dynamic financial models for strategic planning and long-range forecasting
- Partner with business leaders to incorporate operational trends into financial models
- Lead structure and governance of FP&A data including inputs, assumptions, and version control
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence teams to improve financial data infrastructure and automate reporting
- Design and manage dashboards and reports to track KPIs and financial performance
- Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations and inform leadership
- Support budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting cycles with actionable insights
- Continuously improve modeling accuracy, forecasting processes, and data workflows
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
