- 7+ years application support experience in financial services
- Proficient with SQL and scripting languages
- Experience working in Unix/Linux environments

- Familiarity with order management workflows

- Team leadership and mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Lead build-out and day-to-day operation of Macro trading application support
- Serve as primary escalation for application incidents and manage communications with end users and senior stakeholders
- Design and implement onboarding, access management and user limits administration for Macro trading applications
- Create and maintain process documentation and provide cross-training for the support team
- Introduce automation and improvements to operational processes, procedures and policies
- Collaborate with users and technology teams to define project plans and deliverables
- Review requests and incidents, produce performance metrics and report trends over time
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree or certifications are a plus but not required
