Responsibilities
- Assess and enhance the full PLS product portfolio and identify product gaps
- Perform detailed financial reviews and recommend product/pricing changes to improve profitability
- Benchmark competitor products on features, pricing, and experience and recommend improvements
- Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned to company priorities
- Define and prioritize requirements for new products and product enhancements
- Partner with Marketing to build customer lifecycle and product marketing plans
- Collaborate closely with Store Operations and Customer Financial Solutions teams
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate third-party partners
- Design and implement cross-sell strategies and measure outcomes
- Use customer insights and analytics to inform product decisions
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science
