Motor Vehicle Assistant Store Manager

PLS is a retail financial-services company operating 200+ locations that offers convenient, transparent consumer financial products. The Motor Vehicle Assistant Store Manager will lead store-level customer service and operations, support the Store Manager in hitting financial and operational goals, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training, developing, and motivating store team members
  • Perform duties of a Customer Service Representative and supervise CSR activities in Store Manager's absence, including transaction processing and cash handling
  • Support implementation of strategies to meet store goals and analyze financial statements and trends to maximize sales
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and internal company policies
  • Manage scheduling, cash, and store audits with Store Manager
  • Market within the community to increase market share and store revenues
  • Resolve customer complaints to improve satisfaction and maintain a clean, professional store environment
  • Review and apply Operations Bulletins, news, and training updates

Education

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree or higher in business or related field preferred
