Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain exemplary customer service and build relationships to encourage repeat business
- Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training, developing, and motivating store team members
- Perform duties of a Customer Service Representative and supervise CSR activities in Store Manager's absence, including transaction processing and cash handling
- Support implementation of strategies to meet store goals and analyze financial statements and trends to maximize sales
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and internal company policies
- Manage scheduling, cash, and store audits with Store Manager
- Market within the community to increase market share and store revenues
- Resolve customer complaints to improve satisfaction and maintain a clean, professional store environment
- Review and apply Operations Bulletins, news, and training updates
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree or higher in business or related field preferred
