Location: This position is based in Alpharetta, GA.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $100,000 - $180,000.
PlayOn is searching for a Creative Director to cast the vision for a cohesive, bold, and relevant brand identity across its different product lines and oversee the team responsible for all marketing design touchpoints. This person will work collaboratively, and nurture a strong visual identity that sets the tone for the future of youth sports.
The Creative Director will build and lead a team of designers and creatives, shaping the visual direction of PlayOn and its sub-brands. This role requires a mix of strategic vision, expert-level design craft, and exceptional leadership skills. You will be the driving force behind the brand’s evolved identity, and the creation of everything from high-impact digital ads to compelling landing pages, innovative Meta ads, engaging email campaigns, and beyond. The right candidate will have a proven track record of conceptualizing bold, creative ideas and translating them into cohesive, highly effective designs.
The best candidate has a strong portfolio of brand work, along with executions common for high-growth consumer brands (web, CRM, in-app messaging, social media, display, video, etc.) to demonstrate how you’ve brought brand identity to life across channels with meaningfully different best practices. Passionate about building a strong creative culture, you’ll coach your team to deliver creative excellence that drives business impact across core channels, while building and maintaining a best-in-class consumer brand experience. Cross-functionally, you’ll serve as an internal evangelist for a strong, cohesive end-to-end consumer experience as our owner of brand identity and visual expression.
