Skills: Proven leadership in creative teams, exceptional storytelling and writing capabilities, strong people management, strategic thinking, collaborative experience, and innovation in creative processes.
Qualifications: 10+ years in creative roles with global brands, expertise in various creative disciplines, strong project management skills, experience in both agency and in-house settings, and ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Location: This position is based in San Francisco, CA.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $150,000 - $250,000.

About the Role:
As our Group Creative Director, you'll be reporting to our Executive Creative Director, and lead our copy and storytelling efforts, while also setting the bar to creatively lead a diverse team of copywriters, designers, video editors, art directors, and animators ranging from class launches, campaigns to product launches. Your passion for storytelling and strategic vision will shape how we communicate with our global audience. Whether through advertising campaigns, digital experiences, products, social content, or printed materials, you'll ensure our voice is fresh, authentic, engaging, and unmistakably MasterClass.
