The Engineering Manager for the Shoppability pod within the Performance Ad Formats team plays a critical role in driving Pinterest’s lower-funnel ad strategy. In this role, you will lead the development of innovative shoppability ad formats, optimize for better click quality and conversion rates, and drive measurable improvements in key performance metrics.
