Supply Chain Coordinator (Part-Time Mon- Wed 24 hours/week between 7 AM - 6 PM)
Overview
Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a part-time Supply Chain Coordinator at Pet Central (headquarters) in Livonia, MI. The part-time Supply Chain Admin Coordinator will work a 20-25 hour per week in-office schedule primarily Monday- Wednesday with flexible hours between 7 AM – 6 PM assisting with reporting, analytics and small supply chain projects. Opporunity to work some remote hours on Thursdays and Fridays.
Responsibilities/Qualifications
Primary responsibilities include:
- Item set-up and maintenance in the ERP system.
- Maintaining daily/weekly inventory reporting.
- Creating and maintain Key Performance Indicator and Pet Partner (vendor) score carding templates.
- Collaborating with Distribution Center teams on Over Short & Damaged (OS&D) product management.
- General daily office work to support the busy team .
Qualifications:
- Prior experience and a minimum of an Associate's Degree (or equivalent) are required.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint).
- Must be extremely detailed and organized
- Must have the ability to follow instructions well and make decisions without supervision
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and support the team.
- Strong analytical thinker.
