Skills
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with BI tools like Looker, Mode, Periscope, ThoughtSpot, Tableau
- Familiarity with analysis tools such as R or Python packages
- Understanding of data exploration methodologies
- Proficiency in designing and measuring A/B and multivariate testing
Responsibilities
- Build dashboards and develop backend capabilities for Data Exploration tools such as Mode, Looker, and dbtCloud
- Promote adoption of data exploration tools across the organization
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify data-driven projects and opportunities
- Conduct deep dive analysis with advanced analytics techniques to provide insights and recommendations
- Review workflows and data pipelines to identify optimization and efficiency improvements
- Work with various stakeholder teams including Fraud & AML, Responsible Gaming, Content, Sales, Operations, and the Executive Suite
- Design, execute, and measure results of A/B and multivariate testing
- Partner with data engineers to build and troubleshoot data pipelines
- Continuously improve analytics implementations and adapt to evolving technologies
- Stay informed on emerging digital industry trends
Education
- University degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business or related field
