Responsibilities
- Lead and execute AML/CFT due diligence for enterprise partnerships from onboarding through ongoing monitoring
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation, including partner risk assessments and program evaluations
- Draft detailed compliance memos assessing partners' AML/CFT programs and controls
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly KPI and KRI analysis on partner performance and risk
- Collaborate with Growth, Legal, Product and Operations to integrate compliance requirements into business processes
- Coordinate with Governance, Risk, Oversight and other stakeholders on enterprise-level risk management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for compliance processes, policies and controls
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
- Relevant certifications such as CAMS/ACAMS preferred
