Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Senior Litigation Docketing Specialist

Overview:
A senior-level opportunity to join a leading Denver legal team. This role is for an expert in rule-based calendaring systems who can provide leadership, training, and support to docketing staff while ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and compliance across all jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret legal documents to identify and calendar critical litigation dates and deadlines.
  • Create, update, and manage events within the Aderant CompuLaw system, including manual date calculations.
  • Maintain precise docket data integrity and generate comprehensive reports for litigation teams.
  • Research, monitor, and track changes to federal, state, and local court rules and procedures.
  • Develop training materials and mentor junior docketing staff on best practices and procedural updates.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, legal staff, and court personnel to resolve complex docketing inquiries.
  • Support the Docketing Manager with special projects and firm-wide docketing initiatives.

Requirements:
Education:

  • A high school diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is a plus.

Experiences:

  • 5–7 years of direct litigation docketing experience.
  • Proven, advanced expertise with CompuLaw (required), CourtAlert, or eDockets.
  • Demonstrated experience in training, mentoring, or leading other staff members.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court rules across multiple jurisdictions.

Other:

  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) credential is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to perform accurately under tight deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $36.06 - $40.87 Per Hour
