Skills
- Hands-on experience designing and executing primary/custom survey research.
- Proficiency with survey platforms (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Medallia) and survey programming.
- Strong quantitative analysis skills using SPSS/Stata/Excel and qualitative synthesis for interviews.
- Ability to craft compelling presentations and translate data into actionable stories for stakeholders.
- Familiarity with CX frameworks (NPS, CSAT, CES), journey mapping, and VoC programs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define research objectives, hypotheses, and success metrics.
- Design, program, and manage custom survey research and in-depth interviews with patients, providers, and healthcare staff.
- Conduct and manage ongoing CX tracking studies (NPS, CSAT, CES) and Voice of Customer programs.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, synthesize insights, and present clear, actionable recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor fieldwork quality, ensure data integrity, and manage vendor relationships where applicable.
- Stay current on trends in digital health, patient engagement, healthcare marketing, and research methodologies.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Psychology, Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, or related field (required).
- Master’s degree in a related discipline (preferred).
