Successful candidates will have proven experience in one of the following Facilities roles:
Site Selection & Land Acquisition :
Min: 10+ years of related real estate experience, with BS (or equivalent experience). Ideal: 20+ years of related experience in U.S. Government acquisition experience, with BS (or equivalent experience)
Experience with land and building site profiles to provide detailed data for decision matrices to enable site selection
Experience performing site selection and acquiring land for construction projects
Preferred: Experience supporting FAA and knowledge of USG land acquisition processes and procedures
Construction:
Min: 20+ years of related experience, with BS in engineering or construction (or equivalent experience). Ideal: 30+ years of related experience, with BS in engineering or construction (or equivalent experience)
Experience leading design and/or build for complex billion-dollar construction projects
Preferred: Experience supporting FAA and knowledge of USG requirements processes and procedures
Commissioning:
Min: 10+ years of related experience, with BS in a technical field (or equivalent experience) and accreditation with a leading commissioning certification. Ideal: 20+ years of related experience, with BS in a technical field (or equivalent experience)
Experience leading commissioning of complex billion-dollar construction projects
Preferred: Experience supporting FAA and knowledge of USG requirements processes and procedures
