The Opportunity:
Join the revolution transforming the $6T professional services industry at Collective OS, a venture-backed SaaS platform building the infrastructure for the future of work. As Head of Product, you'll drive the strategic evolution of a rapidly growing platform that connects companies with trusted external experts and partnered agencies in an increasingly decentralized world.
Collective OS is post-launch, with a validated product-market fit, experiencing rapid growth, and is positioned to scale dramatically. With full-time employees being replaced by agile teams of external specialists, and AI accelerating the shift to distributed collaboration, companies urgently need a system of record for discovering and managing high-trust vendor networks. You'll own this massive opportunity.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead the complete product lifecycle while working cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success. This builder role demands someone who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, thriving in ambiguity while scaling usage, deepening engagement, and launching new monetization layers.
As Collective OS grows, you'll evolve from hands-on product leader to head of the broader product function, building and managing the team that will define the future of professional services collaboration.
About Collective OS:
Collective OS is transforming the $6 trillion professional services industry by building the essential infrastructure for distributed work. As globalization and AI accelerate the shift toward external experts and partnered agencies, companies need sophisticated systems to discover, manage, and collaborate with trusted service providers.
Currently, millions of firms depend on external partnerships, yet no comprehensive system exists for managing these critical vendor networks. Collective OS is creating the definitive platform for the future of partnership-based work, providing the tools and intelligence companies need to thrive in an increasingly distributed world.
With strong product-market fit validation and rapid growth momentum, Collective OS is positioned to become the essential platform connecting companies with the global network of specialists who will define the future of professional services.
How They Work:
Collective OS is looking for someone who leads with humility, brings others along for the ride, and is energized by solving hard problems with smart people. They value:
Customer obsession: building with and for real people
Speed over perfection: shipping fast and learning faster
Thoughtful candor: honest feedback in service of a better product
No egos, just outcomes: everyone contributes, everyone leads
Extreme ownership: take responsibility, follow through, and raise the bar for each other with a bias for action
Collective OS believes in building an inclusive workplace and is committed to assembling a team from diverse backgrounds. We ensure that individuals with disabilities receive reasonable accommodation throughout the application and interview process. We strongly encourage applications from underrepresented candidates and those from nontraditional backgrounds.
