Your Career
Join the Reference Architecture and Accelerations team at Palo Alto Networks as an Technical Solutions Engineer. In this role, you’ll create and maintain scalable virtual labs and content that bring complex cybersecurity technologies to life. These labs help evangelize, differentiate, and position our products for a range of audiences—prospects, customers, and partners.
You’ll also support the day-to-day operations of lab services to ensure a seamless and impactful user experience. If you love to tinker, enjoy learning new tools, and can make technical concepts easy to grasp, this role is for you.
Your Impact
Build, maintain, and enhance virtual labs that demonstrate Palo Alto Networks’ cybersecurity solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate features into engaging, hands-on experiences.
Ensure labs are current with the latest product features and releases.
Troubleshoot lab issues and support both internal and external users.
Develop clear, user-friendly documentation and lab guides.
Incorporate user feedback to continuously improve lab environments.
Stay up to date on cybersecurity trends and participate in ongoing technical development.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $132000 - $1815000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
