Your Career
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, SASE Product GTM to lead and execute innovative go-to-market strategies for our cutting-edge SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) portfolio. This role will help us drive GTM activation and scaling for new SASE product innovations and sales plays. This is a highly strategic and cross-functional role, ideal for a fast learner with a passion for driving product success in the market through close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams.

Key Responsibilities
Product & Innovation Understanding
Develop deep expertise in our SASE product capabilities and roadmap. Partner with Product and Marketing teams to shape GTM strategies for new innovations and capabilities, including market positioning and target customer segments.
Go-to-Market Leadership
Design and drive go-to-market plans, including messaging, enablement, launch readiness, competitive differentiation, and sales plays. Translate product vision into actionable GTM initiatives that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.
Customer & Field Engagement
Actively participate in customer and sales engagements to evangelize the product, capture feedback, and refine GTM strategies and assets based on market insights.
Data-Driven Strategy
Analyze product adoption trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to drive data-informed GTM decisions. Define success metrics, track performance, and optimize GTM programs for impact.
Your Experience
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Product Go-to-Market, Product Management, or equivalent roles in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity industries (SASE/Networking/Cybersecurity experience strongly preferred).
Proven ability to quickly understand technical products and drive strategic discussions with product and GTM cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies and execution plans
Proven track record of incubating early products / sales programs to scale to hundreds of millions scale on a global scale
Comfortable with presentations with customers and large field teams to evangelize product visions, value propositions and GTM motions.
Experience with leading cross-functional teams to execute against aligned GTM plan and target with a fast iterative process and feedback loop between product, customers and our seller community.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and business audiences but also present to executives
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Deep understanding of Enterprise Technology SaaS Sales Process and come up with GTM strategies per product maturity level
Highly proficient in sales tools such as SFDC, as well as Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheet, Slides, Docs, and Tableau.
Comfortable with traveling to sales teams to activate sales motions and product evangelization, and support field seller activities in North America and EMEA (travel will not exceed 20% of the work)
The Team
Our SASE GTM team works hand in hand with our product org and field sales organizations to protect organizations in their digital transformation journey. Our mission is to scale and further accelerate the growth of our billion-dollar-plus business. We work with products of different maturity to bring and scale them into the market. We also work closely with field sales organizations to continuously improve our GTM engine efficiency and effectiveness. Ultimately, our success is directly tied to the impact of booking and revenue on SASE business.
In this high-performing team, you will get broad exposure to product, sales, marketing, customer success, etc. You are expected to think and act like a General Manager for your business area, influencing thousands of sellers and solution engineers to drive bookings. You are also challenged to consider how we can continue to scale our GTM engine and increase its effectiveness and efficiency through enablement, sales play, and programs.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $158000 - $255000/YR.
