- Proven experience delivering successful software products that meet business goals.
- Extensive product management experience (10+ years) with software products, preferably B2B or B2C cloud.
- Strong people management skills with 10+ years managing teams.
- Experience in enterprise software development and working with UX and engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills with customers, colleagues, and executives.
- Understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.
- Experience with product suites and scaled software release cycles.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs to develop products with strong market fit.
- Create and communicate a clear vision for integrated collaborative work solutions.
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize work, and ensure successful execution.
- Assess project opportunities, feasibility, scope, and approach.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality customer experiences.
- Balance market fit, usability, cost, and performance trade-offs.
- Drive projects through to completion with detailed progress tracking and post-launch analysis.
- Analyze market trends to inform product recommendations.
- Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, setting clear goals and providing feedback.
- Foster a supportive and engaging team environment.
