Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports for leadership.

- Lead and manage cross-functional projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with marketing field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with digital tools and management systems (e.g., CRM, project management platforms, Excel/Google Sheets).
