We are seeking a highly organized and proactive, fully Bilingual Executive Assistant to provide essential support in managing emails, calendars, and follow-ups, while serving as the first point of contact for sales and client inquiries. This role will also assist our engineering team by following clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) — no technical skills or programming required. Candidates with experience in the restaurant or hospitality industries will be highly regarded, as the role demands exceptional organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email inbox, schedule appointments, and track follow-ups.
- Respond to sales inquiries and client messages promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with the engineering team using established SOPs. Essentially, step-by-step written instructions that explain how to perform a specific task.
- Maintain organized records, schedules, and task lists.
- Ensure smooth, asynchronous communication across teams and time zones.
- Requirements

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in an asynchronous environment.
- High attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a significant advantage.
- The candidate could be based in LATAM or Indonesia.
