Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily schedules for sprinkler, low voltage, service, and inspection field teams
- Prepare and process billing, purchase orders, and service invoices
- Communicate updates with customers, job sites, and internal teams to meet deadlines
- Maintain risk management and safety procedures on job sites per company policy
- Support accounts receivable and collections activities
- Track and document job status, technician assignments, and parts/orders
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting and customer service inquiries
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant certifications or vocational training preferred
- On-the-job training and licensure reimbursement available for qualified candidates
