Business Operations Manager Senior
Amentum is seeking a Business Operations Manager Senior to support our FEDSIM United States Army National Guard (G2 IS3) contract.
Responsibilities
- Under the direction of the Program Manager leads and directs financial, administrative, and operational activities, overseeing labor hour reporting, financial tracking, and contractual compliance for the Task Order (TO).
- Directs service contract reporting, consolidating contractor and subcontractor labor data into SAM.gov in alignment with fiscal year reporting deadlines.
- Oversees the development and delivery of monthly financial reports, tracking expenditures, funding sources, and burn rates to support multi-source funding accountability.
- Leads financial planning efforts, forecasting costs, labor hours, and spend plans to maintain fiscal discipline.
- Oversees the procurement and travel authorization processes, managing requests for purchases and travel in compliance with Government approval protocols.
- Implements standardized reporting structures for Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) and Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs), supporting transparency and cost control.
- Participates in development and updating of the integrated project scheduling.
- Oversees the development of Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), documenting project milestones, risks, corrective actions, and personnel changes.
- Leads financial status meetings with key Government stakeholders, providing structured insights on cost variances and funding projections.
- Establishes governance frameworks for multi-tenant contract operations, supporting cross-functional coordination and performance tracking.
- Manages contract deliverables, facilitating alignment between financial planning, operational execution, and contractual reporting requirements.
- Supports leadership in strategic decision-making by providing in-depth analysis of business processes, financial trends, and project risks.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Polygraph
- 10-15 Years with a BS/BA or MS/MA; or equivalent years of experience
