About the Role
Our Technical Writing team creates the documentation and experiences that help marketers, publishers, and developers connect with their audiences, achieve better results, and grow through data-driven insights. The team is responsible for producing high-quality content across interactive experiences, help centers, system-generated communications, and API documentation.
We are seeking a motivated Junior Technical Writer who has experience in crafting clear, concise and user-focused UI and API technical documentation that drives product adoption and enhances the user experience. In this role, you’ll contribute to nearly every stage of the product development process - writing and editing content that empowers users to reach their goals. You’ll collaborate closely with Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and Sales teams to deliver engaging, well-structured documentation and learning materials.
What You’ll Be Doing
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality API and UI documentation for both internal and external audiences.
Update and maintain help center documentation, in-app messaging (UI text, tooltips, notifications), and review learning management system materials, while also supporting newsletter content.
Update and create content with a consistent style, with a strong focus on single-sourcing opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience writing API and UI documentation, with particular emphasis on API content.
Ability to quickly understand complex technologies and explain them in a clear, accessible way.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a growth mindset and a passion for helping others succeed.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
Nice to Have
Experience documenting enterprise-level workflows.
Familiarity with B2B or advertising software.
Proficiency with help authoring tools and content management systems.

The compensation for this position ranges from $56,250.00 - $117,500.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
