Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident nursing care and assist with activities of daily living as needed
- Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care plans and nursing team activities
- Ensure resident and staff safety through adherence to policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Document care accurately in resident records and electronic medical records
- Exhibit a positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned
Education
- Graduate of an approved nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
