Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents and implement individualized care plans
- Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care and daily nursing activities
- Ensure resident and staff safety through adherence to policies and protocols
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, interdisciplinary team members and other departments
- Document care, assessments and interventions accurately in the health record
- Exhibit a positive, professional image with residents, visitors and staff
- Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care and community operations
Education
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
