Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and daily support to residents
- Coordinate, supervise and evaluate resident care plans
- Ensure resident and staff safety, including fall and infection control measures
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Document assessments, treatments and care activities accurately
- Exhibit a positive professional image to residents, visitors and staff
- Perform other duties as assigned to support resident care and community operations
Education
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Current CPR certification
