Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive eye exams following company protocols and standards of care
- Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions and provide clinical recommendations
- Communicate eye health, prescriptions, eyewear options, and contact lens guidance to patients
- Demonstrate product knowledge and explain features/benefits of eyewear and contacts
- Use digital lanes and EMR to document exams and maintain accurate patient records
- Act as a brand representative and contribute to patient education and practice growth
- Collaborate with optical staff to ensure excellent patient experience and follow-up care
Education
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree
- Active Iowa optometry license
- New and recent graduates are welcome to apply
