- Develop and maintain communication with elders, families, and partners; resolve concerns and strengthen engagement
- Provide leadership and direction to Clinical Support Team and department leaders
- Drive quality outcomes, financial performance, and regulatory compliance
- Select, coach, mentor staff and foster a collaborative culture
- Represent Otterbein in marketing, public relations, and community outreach
- Serve as risk manager and participate in Quality Assurance activities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Health/Long-Term Care Administration, Business, Gerontology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Current Ohio Nursing Home Administrator license
