Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for three virtual clinical teams (APPs, RDs, BHPs) ensuring quality and efficiency
- Directly supervise Clinical Senior Managers and align team performance with organizational goals
- Act as liaison between clinical leadership and frontline staff to drive operational excellence and manage performance
- Partner with Senior Director of Clinical Operations on strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery and patient outcomes
- Resolve clinical and employee relations issues, advising managers on coaching, disciplinary processes, and change management in collaboration with People Operations
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Practice Ops, People Ops, Quality) to implement operational improvements and organizational changes
- Analyze and optimize clinical workflows for standardization, scalability, and innovation in the virtual care model
- Support professional development pathways and performance evaluation frameworks for multidisciplinary clinical staff
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced degree in healthcare administration, public health, or clinical discipline preferred
