Responsibilities: Support the school’s instructional program, analyze student data, build student relationships, lead teacher development, and engage with families for community involvement.
Skills: Strong leadership, data analysis, teacher training, community engagement, and effective communication skills.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in education or business administration, track record of student achievement, and preferably experience in instructional coaching; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $50,000 - $80,000.

The Fellow will enter into an employment contract with the selected school that includes:
Opportunity 180, through the relationship with the fellow and incubation school, will provide ongoing, strategic support to the development of the fellow. The fellow will develop a fellow action plan to monitor and track their work towards ambitious goals within their respective placement site and provide updates to Opportunity 180 on a regular basis. The fellow will also collaborate with Opportunity 180 to determine the best partners and support for them aligned with their ambitious goals.
