FP&A Senior Analyst
Skills
- Advanced financial modeling and forecasting
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas)
- Experience with subscription/SaaS metrics (ARR, Bookings, churn)
- Familiarity with sales commission modeling and pipeline analysis
- Comfort with BI/analytics tools and data extraction (SQL or reporting tools)
- Excellent cross-functional communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Publisher/Curation leaders with financial analysis, insights, and reporting
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for Bookings, ARR, Revenue, Attrition, and COGS
- Build and maintain financial models to analyze product line and publisher profitability, ROI, and margin levers
- Forecast and validate sales commission plans in partnership with Sales Ops
- Partner with Sales Ops to vet pipeline forecasts and track deal conversion assumptions
- Analyze historical trends and business drivers to inform strategic recommendations
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly reporting packages to senior leadership
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting capabilities
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience
- Relevant continuing education or certifications a plus (e.g., CFA, CPA, advanced analytics courses)
