Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, communications, and limited travel coordination
- Coordinate with OCV companies and founders for onboarding and early-stage logistics
- Own organizational systems and document management used to launch and support companies
- Manage new company setup activities and critical operational workflows
- Implement and maintain AI and automation to streamline repetitive administrative tasks
- Maintain confidential records and exercise strong judgment in founder/executive interactions
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or operations/administrative roles
