Onyx Odds is a fast-growing, venture-backed social sports prediction platform. As user activity has scaled quickly, we’re expanding the team to support product execution and day-to-day operations.
Founded by Harvard graduates with a background at Jane Street, Onyx is headquartered in downtown Manhattan. This role is in-office.
We're looking for a Marketing Analyst to help scale our marketing efforts and manage our growing affiliate program. You'll play a key role in driving user acquisition, analyzing campaign performance, and building relationships with affiliate partners. This is a hands-on role where you'll contribute across multiple marketing functions while owning the affiliate channel end-to-end.
Affiliate Management
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners including content creators, influencers, and media publishers
Monitor affiliate performance, track key metrics, and optimize for growth
Maintain relationships with partners and serve as their primary point of contact
Negotiate terms and manage affiliate payouts and contracts
Identify new partnership opportunities to expand our reach
Marketing Support
Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights
Support the planning and execution of campaigns across paid, organic, and social channels
Track and report on KPIs including user acquisition, engagement, and conversion metrics
Assist with content creation and coordination for social media and marketing initiatives
Conduct competitive research and stay current on trends in sports, predictions, and social media marketing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and promotions
Passionate about sports. You follow the games, understand the culture, and can speak authentically to a sports audience.
Social media savvy. You understand how platforms work, what content resonates, and how creators build audiences.
Genuinely interested in marketing. You're curious about what makes campaigns work and eager to learn and grow in the field.
Analytical and detail-oriented. You're comfortable working with data, building reports, and drawing insights from numbers.
A strong communicator. You can build relationships with partners and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Proactive and resourceful. You take initiative, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-moving environment.
3+ years of experience in marketing, affiliate management, or a related field
Experience working with affiliate platforms or influencer marketing tools
Familiarity with sports predictions, fantasy sports, or prediction platforms
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or Tableau
Experience managing social media accounts or creating content
Location: FiDi, New York City — in-person or hybrid arrangements available
