Integrated Marketing Manager (Remote from US)

This role offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate integrated marketing programs across multiple functions and channels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Integrated Marketing Manager will own end-to-end campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment, operational excellence, and measurable results across marketing teams. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable campaign plans while managing dependencies, timelines, and resources. This role requires balancing creativity with structure, optimizing workflows, and fostering accountability across teams. By driving operational rigor and campaign performance, you will directly influence the organization’s marketing impact and growth. The ideal candidate thrives in complexity, is highly organized, and excels at connecting strategy to measurable execution.


Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage the full integrated marketing planning process, including campaign development, prioritization, timelines, and execution.
  • Partner with leadership and marketing teams to translate strategic initiatives into actionable, cross-functional campaign plans.
  • Facilitate planning sessions, reviews, and communication cadences to ensure alignment across functions.
  • Maintain campaign plans, timelines, and dependency tracking across multiple marketing teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, gaps, and bottlenecks to ensure programs launch on time with clear ownership and deliverables.
  • Develop and optimize workflows, templates, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Provide leadership with regular updates on campaign progress, outcomes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 5–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, program management, or a similar cross-functional marketing role.
  • Proven track record managing complex marketing programs or campaigns, ideally in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Experience with integrated marketing frameworks and full-funnel campaign planning.
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage timelines, dependencies, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Hands-on experience with project management and marketing tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Salesforce).
  • Experience supporting revenue-focused marketing motions, including pipeline, bookings, and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and adapt to changing priorities.
