Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and review client data into drafting software systems
- Draft legal documents using provided software, templates, and checklists
- Proofread and edit documents for grammar, formatting, and internal consistency
- Conduct document reviews to ensure consistency across templates and client files
- Prioritize and manage multiple client files and deadlines simultaneously
- Assist attorneys by completing assignments on time or ahead of schedule
- Collaborate with the team to improve workflows and ensure high-quality deliverables
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Paralegal certificate or legal-adjacent training is a plus
