We seek a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Design-for-Test (DFX) engineering programs for our next-generation chip designs. This role sits at the intersection of silicon design, bring-up, and manufacturing test, driving product quality and scalability innovation. You'll own the full program lifecycle from pre-silicon through release, ensuring flawless execution, efficiency, and predictability across teams. Combining strong technical depth with program leadership will help accelerate tape-out cycles and optimize testability across NVIDIA's cutting-edge silicon programs.
What You'll Be Doing:
Drive DFX program execution from pre-silicon through product release, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across development, verification, test, and operations.
Develop detailed project schedules and workflows, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and scope changes.
Partner with engineering and CAD teams to automate tracking, reporting, and data integration, improving clarity and efficiency.
Identify and mitigate technical or schedule risks early, providing clear, data-driven updates to leadership.
Gather lessons learned and standardize best practices to strengthen future programs.
What We Need to See:
BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in semiconductor program management or engineering leadership.
Strong understanding of ASIC/SoC design, verification, bring-up, and productization flows (RTL-to-release).
Experience scripting or automating workflows (Python preferred).
Strong communication and organizational abilities; flourishes in fast-paced, multi-functional atmospheres.
Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:
Background in DFX, DFT, or datacenter-class silicon testability.
Experience with EDA tool data analytics, APIs, or dashboards for program management.
Consistent track record of implementing automation or process improvements at scale.
At NVIDIA, you'll collaborate with individuals who consistently exhibit outstanding problem-solving skills, contributing to the advancement of accelerated computing. You'll lead programs directly impacting GPU and SoC innovation—transforming how silicon is designed, validated, and delivered at scale. If you thrive at the intersection of engineering excellence, automation, and execution leadership, we want to hear from you.
