NVIDIA is seeking a Security Contracts & Business Lead to become an integral member of our Security Leadership Team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to connect security, legal, technology, and business aspects, offering leadership and strategic mentorship across our virtual teams. What you'll be doing:
Leading the Team: Build practical and innovative solutions to tackle complex issues while balancing legal compliance with business objectives.
Completing Technology Transactions: Advise on drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts related to technology, including software licensing agreements, cloud services agreements, and technology & security partnerships.
Supporting Business Negotiations: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and terms around security, data privacy, and risk management & compliance. This includes navigating multi-dimensional legal and regulatory requirements and industry-specific standards.
Driving Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal partners, including Legal, Security, Engineering, & Product teams, to ensure the integration of security and privacy requirements in contracts. Partner with government affairs, regulatory, and certification teams to facilitate coordination on privacy and security matters across the company.
What we need to see:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
15+ years in contract and business negotiation, with a considerable emphasis on technology, cybersecurity, data privacy, or patent-related areas.
Knowledge of cybersecurity law and regulatory frameworks like GDPR, CCPA, NIST, ISO 27001, and ISO 26262 is crucial. Understanding security functions, including secure software development and incident response protocols, is a plus.
Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Proven track record to navigate complex challenges and make sound decisions as a trusted leader.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 232,000 USD - 368,000 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
