Go-to-Market Strategist, NVIDIA Leadership Program

NVIDIA is the brains behind consumer gaming, professional visualization and artificial intelligence, with innovative technologies revolutionizing multiple industries. From voice assistants to algorithmic trading, to the retail store of the future. To sell artificial intelligence to the Fortune 1000, articulating the NVIDIA business value is important. The Go To Market (GTM) team is looking for an experienced person who can team closely with sales, marketing, technical and business development executives in a growing number of industries to generate content, sales assets and drive execution strategy of the NVIDIA sales motion. Our department supports all NVIDIA enterprise industries adopting AI - from Autonomous Vehicles to Healthcare, Retail, AI Cities and Factories, to National AI, Fintech, Consumer Internet Service Providers, and more. We do so by incubating innovative ways of driving efficiency in key business processes, conducting analytics and providing effective content, and ensuring that NVIDIA executes against its business and sales strategies across industries.

 

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in both business and technology, and has already been working business and tech environment, such as a premier consulting firm, and is ready to join a technology innovator that is revolutionizing enterprise business with innovative AI platforms, software and hardware. You thrive working with big personalities, combining high IQ and strong EQ to navigate complex dynamics. You dive deep into technical details, absorb information like a sponge, pinpoint root problems fast, and articulate smart, actionable solutions on the spot

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • You get the benefit of working with leaders across the NVIDIA organization in the NVIDIA leadership program in an apprenticeship model that will build you into a future senior business leader.

  • Lead and complete short and long-term projects across a rotation of industries and product segments, working with leaders as a part of their team for an agreed timeframe. After several years, you will transfer over to one of these industries or a segment team full time.

  • Planning and producing sales assets, marketing deliverables, and positioning crucial to educate companies on the necessity and value of artificial intelligence. Deliverables may include a combination of analytics (e.g., financial models), whitepapers (e.g., customer success stories), keynote presentations, and field enablement (e.g., sales decks).

  • Help industry teams articulate their business development strategies to the CEO and WWFO Leadership

  • Assist the CEO’s core team to articulate major customer and partnership announcements at global AI events!

  • Helping to run the cadence of ongoing executive meetings for a very fast-paced sales environment.

  • Develop domain expertise in chosen industries - able to meet, present, and partner with customer execs and developers on their issues, talk at the EBC, and run enablement training.

 

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related business or technical subject or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years' work experience - at major consulting firms, OEM, CSP, ISV, or startup.

  • A positive, can-do attitude with deep curiosity in NVIDIA tech-stack & AI

  • Good cultural fit-focused, able to listen, understand and answer the question; looking for the best way to solve the problem at the speed of light, etc..

  • Ability to Influence and motivate cross-functional teams to execute GTM initiatives, align around shared goals, and get results in fast-moving, complex environments.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; able to quickly learn, distill, and synthesize complex subjects into clear, actionable insights.

  • High tolerance for change, able to pivot, and deliver against many opinions.

  • Works well in highly outstanding, matrixed organization where the mission matters more than the org chart.

  • Power user with knowledge of AI LLMs, internet and office apps.

  • A real passion for getting things done in multifaceted sales and technology environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; able to quickly learn, distill, and synthesize complex subjects into clear, actionable insights.

  • Post-graduate or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. MBA, computer science).

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 224,250 USD for Level 4, and 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
