Responsibilities
- Break down ambiguous strategic problems and surface actionable recommendations
- Lead large, cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing
- Design and execute in-depth analyses to identify opportunities and measure impact
- Own and monitor core business metrics and translate trends into strategic action
- Develop scalable operational processes and close operational gaps
- Coach and elevate team processes, training, and analytics capabilities
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus but not required
- Ongoing commitment to learning and rapid upskilling
