NVIDIA's Extended Reality (XR) team is searching for world-class talent to manage our Enterprise product and partner alliance teams in Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR). You will manage our product management team as well as our partner management team, helping to define our XR strategy within the company and across the enterprise ecosystem. You should possess strong leadership, management, interpersonal, and communication skills, the ability to define strategy and coordinate execution, technical depth in both XR and AI, and the ability to execute across teams and business units to build alignment!
What you’ll be doing:
Work with NV leadership to define and continuously refine our XR strategy.
Manage XR team to push strategy forward through partnerships, products, and marketing.
Deep understanding of NVIDIA’s products, especially across AI and XR.
Work across internal NVIDIA teams to maintain awareness and alignment with XR.
Engage in high-profile XR customer and partner opportunities
Present at customer, partner, and NVIDIA events to build deeper engagement across the XR ecosystem.
What we need to see:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
18+ overall years of related work experience with 8+ years direct people management experience.
Experience with XR hardware and software technology and understanding of both the consumer and enterprise XR markets.
Passion for GPU technologies, including VR, AR, and AI and experience with SDKs and other developer tools.
Strong teamwork skills, ability to multi-task effectively, graceful handling of fast paced situations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both internal and external, including presenting to the press.
Experience with all types of marketing, including events, blog and web writing, and demo composition and messaging.
Demonstrated expertise working with both internal and external senior executives, and comfortable with 10% travel time for events, press tours, and partner meetings.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 272,000 USD - 425,500 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
