Product Manager - OMS (Remote)
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Order Management Systems (OMS) and enterprise workflows
- Product lifecycle management within Agile (Scrum/Kanban) frameworks
- Data-driven decision making using analytics and user research
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and complex dependency mapping
- Excellent requirements writing, documentation, and backlog prioritisation
- Stakeholder management across engineering, sales, professional services and customers
- Clear verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Experience delivering enterprise software on time and within budget
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the vision and roadmap for Adpoint OMS and related products
- Gather, document, and validate user, business, and technical requirements
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog in alignment with roadmap and business goals
- Work with engineering and QA in a scrum team to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery
- Drive product discovery and definition, moving features through discovery, definition, and delivery
- Interpret user research, analytics and market data to inform prioritisation and product direction
- Create and maintain product documentation including specifications, designs, and process flows
- Support pre-sales and RFP responses and collaborate with professional services on feature requests tied to projects
- Investigate and triage service tickets, determine bug vs. feature, and drive resolution or workflow progression
- Track product KPIs and measure the success of releases and improvements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Relevant industry certifications or equivalent practical experience accepted
