- Strong insurance domain knowledge (personal lines and/or commercial auto)
- Technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, backend services, and data science
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum or Kanban)

Responsibilities
- Manage complex cross-portfolio initiatives with minimal oversight and multiple stakeholders
- Own client relationships and ensure products meet client needs while supporting sales conversations with executives
- Collaborate with data engineering, data science, security, and insurance leads to translate requirements into deliverable solutions
- Prioritize features, estimate impact and size of competing projects, and manage trade-offs
- Drive technical design discussions leveraging knowledge of cloud, APIs, and data architectures
- Maintain and shepherd a backlog through the Agile lifecycle from story to acceptance
- Create and communicate short- and long-term roadmaps balancing near-term needs and platform capabilities
- Establish data collection and measurement to inform decisions and iterate on products
- Contribute to product team culture around experimentation, MVP thinking, and continuous improvement
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
