Sr. Staff Product Manager - Alts & Data Management
Skills
- 5+ years product management experience (Fintech/SaaS/Data Platform preferred)
- Strong understanding of alternative investments, capital markets, or asset management workflows
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL, APIs, and structured/unstructured data
- Experience applying AI/automation to human-in-the-loop systems
- Product operation skills: roadmapping, PRD writing, agile/lean delivery
- Data-driven mindset: KPI definition, experimentation, and outcome measurement
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve vision for modeling, processing, and surfacing Alternative investment data across the platform
- Develop AI-first data and workflow products to improve ingestion, data quality, and operator efficiency
- Design and ship client workflows for onboarding funds, capital calls, valuations, and distributions
- Own product strategy for data models across alternative asset classes, ensuring standardization and extensibility
- Partner with Engineering to deliver scalable data infrastructure and APIs
- Collaborate with Design and Operations to translate manual workflows into automated user experiences
- Establish product rituals and frameworks (roadmapping, prioritization, discovery, feedback loops)
- Measure outcomes using analytics and client feedback; iterate to drive adoption
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- Advanced degree in business, computer science, economics, or related field preferred
