Reporting into the Director of Employee Communications, you will support our Electrical Connections business segment and play a critical role in partnering with the President of Electrical Connections on their employee communications strategy. You will create and implement complex employee communications plans that advance that strategy. In this hands-on role, you’ll use all available channels, excellent writing and PowerPoint design, data/analytics, and multi-media content to accomplish your objectives.

Pay Transparency
nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
