Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and track non-IT projects related to human rights and supply chain communications
- Gather, organize, and maintain structured, version-controlled stakeholder and reporting data
- Write, edit, and produce narratives for reports, newsletters, web content, and process documentation
- Create charts, layouts, and visual assets to enhance reports and presentations
- Maintain and update SharePoint content to support internal and external communications
- Translate technical and data-driven content into accessible messaging for varied audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain stakeholder relationships, and align deliverables
- Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline content workflows and improve reporting efficiency
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or related field
- Relevant coursework or professional training in technical writing, data visualization, or project management preferred
