Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal team events and oversee office logistics to maintain a productive and enjoyable work environment.
- Plan and execute various internal and external events, including watch parties, dinners, offsites, and brand activations.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, caterers, agencies, and service providers.
- Manage scheduling, onboarding logistics, expense tracking, and assist with meeting preparation.
- Lead special projects across marketing, operations, and recruiting with attention to detail.
