We’re looking for an ABM Lead who will act as the “CMO of the Enterprise”—owning targeted accounts, orchestrating personalized plays, and embedding directly within the Sales organization. As part of our Growth Marketing pod, you’ll collaborate closely with Demand Gen and Sales to allocate budget, design account-specific programs, and drive high-quality enterprise pipeline.
This role blends field marketing, ABM strategy, segmentation, and campaign orchestration, with significant exposure to the executive team. You’ll work closely with our events marketer for execution support and partner with Sales on a daily basis to tailor initiatives to each account’s context.
Build and own Nooks’ ABM strategy targeting enterprise and upper-mid-market accounts.
Define 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many motions across account tiers.
Develop holistic account plans—messaging, offers, content, and touch patterns—based on account insights.
Embed with Sales as a trusted partner; join team meetings, reviews, and strategy sessions.
Work tightly with Demand Gen to coordinate budgets, segmentation, and shared pipeline targets.
Collaborate with Product Marketing to tailor messaging for vertical, persona, and product-specific plays.
Orchestrate personalized outreach, field events, workshops, plays, sequences, and executive touchpoints.
Partner with our events marketer to design enterprise-focused experiences and roadshows.
Align cross-channel activities—email, direct mail, paid social, SDR sequences, and content distribution.
Build account-level dashboards and reporting to track reach, engagement, influence, and pipeline.
Maintain a deep understanding of enterprise buying groups, pain points, triggers, and competitive dynamics.
Continuously test new approaches to accelerate pipeline creation and deal progression.
4–8+ years in ABM, Field Marketing, Enterprise Demand Gen, or Integrated Campaigns in B2B SaaS.
Proven success running ABM programs for enterprise accounts and partnering closely with Sales.
Strong strategic thinker who can prioritize accounts, define tiers, and build scalable programs.
Hands-on operator willing to test, iterate, and evolve programs quickly.
Excellent communicator who can align executives, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams.
Comfortable in a flat, fast-paced startup environment with high visibility and ownership.
