Key Responsibilities
· Support go-to-market planning for products and segments, helping to educate and enable agents to grow their book of business
· Assist in the creation and management of agent-facing marketing assets, including brochures, sales kits, training materials, and digital content
· Contribute to the development of creative tools and resources that drive agent engagement and support business objectives
· Collaborate with sales enablement platform owners to implement content strategies across enablement technologies
· Help evolve agent communications through segmented campaign strategies and new platform capabilities
· Coordinate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on plans and execution
· Apply marketing expertise and performance insights to improve engagement across channels and formats
· Partner with product and compliance teams to ensure marketing materials meet regulatory standards
· Leverage voice-of-the-customer feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement
· Assist in tracking campaign performance and reporting results to key stakeholders
· Demonstrate Humana’s values and support new ways of working through collaboration and initiative
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
· 5 or more years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within healthcare, insurance, or other regulated industries
· Experience supporting sales organizations with marketing strategy and execution
· Strong writing, communication, and project management skills
· Experience working with sales enablement platforms (e.g., Anisra/SproutLoud, Highspot, Salesforce)
· Ability to simplify complex topics and contribute to strategic storytelling
· Collaborative mindset with strong attention to detail and creative thinking
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience marketing Medicare Advantage or senior-focused insurance products
· Familiarity with CMS guidelines and healthcare marketing compliance
· Experience with agent/broker distribution models and referral-based sales cycles
· Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud)
