National Clinical Sales Director

Noah Medical is building the next generation of medical robotics focused on early diagnosis and treatment. We seek a proven National Clinical Sales Director to build and lead a high-performing clinical sales organization, drive national disposable revenue, partner cross-functionally, and accelerate clinical adoption of our platform.

Skills

  • Proven experience building and leading national clinical or medical device sales teams.
  • Strong ability to set targets, monitor KPIs, and drive accountability to hit revenue and adoption goals.
  • Data-driven decision making and experience optimizing sales strategies in real time.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience partnering with training and education teams to scale clinical competencies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a national clinical sales strategy aligned with company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing clinical sales team across the U.S., fostering development and accountability.
  • Own national disposable revenue targets, monitor KPIs, and leverage data to optimize sales performance.
  • Partner with Sales Education to shape training, mentoring, and performance management programs.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and capital sales teams to integrate clinical feedback and support go-to-market plans.
  • Drive process improvements in sales tools, methodologies, and reporting to improve operational efficiency.
  • Represent the company in national clinical forums, industry events, and professional networks to enhance brand and market position.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or similar) preferred but not required.
