At NIQ, we deliver the most complete and clear understanding of consumer buying behavior that reveals new pathways to growth. We are looking for a Client Manager to add to our Customer Success team.
This is a hybrid role based in Chicago and requires being onsite at the client's location one day per week.
As a Client Manager, you'll be part of a team of experienced industry insights experts, with the main goal of delighting clients. You will inform business decisions for these clients through delivery of analysis and insights on industries, markets and consumers, using NIQ data and NIQ tools while following NIQ standards. You'll also be responsible for strong execution of the Service Model as well as guiding and coaching more junior members of the team.

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $76,500 - $87,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
